Refund policy

At FelinaBox, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused and unaltered, returned in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@felinabox.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

All approved returns, whether defective or non-defective, are fully covered by FelinaBox. A free prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved. No restocking fees will be charged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@felinabox.com. Our team will assist you with an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if the item has been used or damaged after delivery, the product is incomplete or missing parts, the return request is made after 30 days from delivery, or damage results from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

Exchanges

FelinaBox accepts exchanges. The recommended process is to request and approve a return, send back the original item, and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. No restocking fees will be applied. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
